ALMOND BERRY OATMEAL

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except berries and almonds to the inner
    cooking pot. Place the inner cooking pot into the rice cooker
    and place the lid securely onto the rice cooker. Press the
    COOK SWITCH. After 10 minutes, carefully open the lid,
    keeping hands and face away to avoid steam, and stir.
    Cover and continue cooking until the rice cooker switches
    to Keep-Warm. Allow standing for 10 minutes before
    serving. Serve in a bowl and top with berries and almonds.
    Serves 4.
